Data Deletion Instructions

How to delete your data from AI CMO. You have two ways:

1. In-app (immediate):
   • To delete data from a single platform, go to Sources and disconnect that platform — this deletes the stored OAuth tokens for it.
   • To delete everything, delete your account/organisation in settings — this removes all associated data, including connected-platform tokens and stored analytics.
2. By email: send a deletion request to info@kgong.dk from your account email. We will verify and complete deletion within 30 days and confirm by email.

Deleting your AI CMO data does not delete data held by Meta, Google, Shopify, or Klaviyo themselves — manage those in each platform's own settings. Questions: info@kgong.dk.
