Agreement

By using AI CMO you agree to these terms. AI CMO is operated by K. Gong Holding ApS (CVR 37994480).

The service

AI CMO provides read-only, consolidated marketing analytics from the platforms you choose to connect. We provide the service “as is”; analytics figures are derived from third-party platform data and are for informational purposes.

Your responsibilities

You must have the right to connect the accounts you connect, and you're responsible for activity under your account. Don't misuse, reverse-engineer, or attempt to access other tenants' data.

Connected platforms

Your use of Meta, Google, Shopify, and Klaviyo remains subject to each platform's own terms. We're not responsible for changes those platforms make to their APIs or data.

Availability & liability

We aim for high availability but don't guarantee uninterrupted service. To the extent permitted by law, K. Gong Holding ApS's total liability arising from your use of AI CMO is limited to the fees you paid for the service in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Termination

You may stop using and delete your account at any time (see Data Deletion). We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Denmark; disputes are subject to the courts of Copenhagen, Denmark.
